At OMKITCHEN Just Organic, we take pride in preparing fresh, natural, and organic meals with the highest quality ingredients. As our products are perishable in nature, hard to source, we follow a strict no-return or order cancellation policy.

  1. No Returns
    Due to the perishable nature of our meals, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed, nor returns once it has been delivered.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will ONLY be considered under the following circumstances:

    1.  The order was not delivered.
    2. The wrong item was delivered.
    3. The item was significantly damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
    4. In such cases, customers must notify us immediately upon delivery and provide supporting proof (images/videos).
  3. Failed Transactions
    In case of payment failure where the amount is deducted, the refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically within 7–10 business days.
  4. Refund Process
    Once the issue is verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
  5. Quality Assurance
    We ensure all meals are freshly prepared and packed with care. Slight variations in taste, texture, or appearance may occur as part of natural cooking and do not qualify for refunds.
  6. Company Rights
    OMKITCHEN Just Organic reserves the right to cancel any order received online due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of ingredients, operational issues, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
