We currently deliver within selected areas of Delhi NCR. Orders placed outside our serviceable areas may be declined.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are prepared fresh and delivered.
Estimated delivery time will be between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Acceptance
Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address during the chosen time slot.
If the customer is unavailable, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
Perishable Nature of Products
All our meals are perishable and meant for immediate consumption. We are not responsible for quality issues arising due to delays in consumption after delivery.
Contactless Delivery (if applicable)
We may offer contactless delivery for customer convenience and safety.
Issues with Delivery
In case of missing, incorrect, or damaged items, customers must notify us immediately with proper proof (images and videos of food).
